In May 2010 Ian Gatenby, Northern Region Supply Chain General Manager, SAPL, engaged Elevating Food Safety Pty Ltd to work with the NSW Operations Team. They set to work immediately fixing some burning issues by engaging with operators and QC technicians as well as working with the existing site management and the national quality team.
They were able to navigate their way through the structures quickly and easily and come up with tactical initiatives that had an immediate impact. They quickly improved the food safety incident reporting process, pest control and service agreements, 5S processes and general plant hygiene.
The EFS team lead the resolution of a quality incident resulting in over $250,000 claim for losses and managed category one consumer complaint responses by liaising with the legal department.

Well, what can we say? All that work you gave us in changing our archaic system paid off! We have a system now that will take us on into the future and has at least a ten year life span.
